The problem

Where automation helps most.

If any of these sound familiar, there’s probably a reliable workflow that can take care of it.

  • Slow replies to enquiries

New leads wait in an inbox until someone has time to answer them.

  • Manual data entry

The same details are copied between forms, spreadsheets, CRM and email.

  • The same questions, every day

Your team answers routine customer questions instead of doing higher-value work.

  • Follow-ups that slip

Reminders, quotes and invoices depend on someone remembering to chase them.

Capabilities

What we can automate for you.

Practical automation first, AI where it genuinely helps — always designed around how your business actually works.

  • Workflow automation

Multi-step processes that run on their own when something happens — a form is submitted, an email arrives or a date is reached.

  • AI assistants

Assistants that answer from your approved content and hand anything unusual to a person, rather than guessing.

  • Document & email processing

Pull details out of enquiries, forms and documents, then file or route them — with review steps where accuracy matters.

  • Lead & sales automation

Capture, record, acknowledge and follow up on every enquiry, and route promising leads to the right person.

  • Reporting & alerts

Scheduled summaries and alerts that bring the numbers you care about to your inbox or team chat.

  • Integrations & APIs

Connect apps that don’t talk to each other, using their official integrations or APIs.

FAQ

AI automation questions.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most. Ask us anything else on a free strategy call.

Will AI replace my team?

No. We use automation and AI to remove repetitive work so your team can focus on customers and decisions. For anything customer-facing or important, we build in human review.

Is my business data used to train AI models?

Where AI is involved, we explain which provider is used and choose settings that keep your data out of model training wherever the provider allows it. We’ll talk through the options before anything is built.

What happens if an automation fails?

We build in error notifications and logging, so a failed step is visible and can be fixed rather than silently ignored. We also test each workflow with realistic sample data before handover.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already use. Some workflows need an automation platform or a paid plan on an existing tool — we’ll confirm any third-party costs before you commit.

How much does automation cost?

Focused automations start with LeadFlow Starter at a US$399 introductory setup price. Larger projects are quoted after a free strategy call, with scope and price agreed before any work starts.
