About this demo
What it does and how it runs.
Our lead follow-up service, running on a fictional cleaning business. Each enquiry is checked, logged once in a lead sheet, acknowledged by email, posted to the team channel and followed up once if nobody replies.

Things to try
- Submit Sample 1, then submit it again: the second one updates the same row instead of creating a duplicate.
- Press “Skip ahead” to see the follow-up email, then again to see the lead closed.
- Mark a lead as “Customer replied” before skipping ahead: its follow-up is cancelled.
In a live setup (not in this demo)
- In a live setup the workflow runs on an automation platform (we build these in n8n) and writes to your real Google Sheet or CRM; here the sheet is drawn on the page.
- Emails go out from your business address and alerts post to your Slack or Microsoft Teams; here they're previews and nothing is sent.
- Wording, business hours, priority words and the follow-up timing are set to suit each business.
