This website is operated by NTS AI Lab (“we”, “us”), a technology and AI solutions agency based in Australia. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you choose to provide:

• your company name (optional)
• the topic you’re interested in and the message you write

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser details in server logs, to keep the website secure and running.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before doing so.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and deliver enquiries to our inbox — for example our website host and an email delivery provider. We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond, provide our services and meet any legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

How we protect it
