Which trades is this for?
Any trade business that quotes before it works: plumbers, electricians, carpenters, handymen, tilers, painters and similar. The demo uses a fictional plumber; a real setup uses your own jobs, price list and wording.
Does it replace ServiceM8, Tradify or Xero?
No. It sits in front of them. A first setup can log jobs and quotes in a Google Sheet; connecting to the job or accounting software you already use is scoped with you on the call.
Will it message my customers on its own?
Only when you approve it. Quotes and follow-ups are drafted for you to check, and follow-ups stop as soon as the customer answers.
Is the SWMS compliant?
It's a draft, not a guarantee. It's built from the job details and your own SWMS templates, and you check the site, edit the controls and sign it before work starts. You stay responsible for your safety documents.
How accurate is the voice note?
A live setup uses an AI model to read the note, so normal speech and Aussie job descriptions work far better than in the browser demo. You still see the job card and quote before anything goes out.
What does it cost?
A fixed setup fee plus a small monthly fee, quoted in Australian dollars. We confirm the scope and price with you on a free strategy call before any work starts.
