QuoteFlow for Tradies

Talk through a job on site and get a job card, a three-option quote, a safety form draft and a quote chase list.

A simulation in your browser. The note is read with keyword rules against a sample price list, and a sample clock lets you skip ahead to see the follow-ups. The optional voice input uses your browser's own speech recognition.

1. Talk or type the job

You're Dan from Coastline Plumbing, a fictional Gold Coast plumber. Describe the job like you would to a mate.

Use made-up names. The note is read in your browser with keyword rules; nothing else is sent or stored.

2. Job card, quote and safety form

Pick a sample or describe a job, then press “Create job cards”. Each job in the note becomes its own card with a draft quote and a safety form.

3. After the quote is sent

Sample clock: Mon, 19 Oct, 7:30 am

Send a quote, or load a sample week. Open quotes appear here with the follow-ups that are due, most urgent first.

About this demo

What it does and how it runs.

Our quoting workflow for trades businesses, running on a fictional Gold Coast plumber. One site note becomes job cards, Essential, Recommended and Premium quote options with a margin check, a draft Safe Work Method Statement, and follow-ups that stop as soon as the customer answers.

Things to try

  • Use the “Two jobs, one note” sample: one note becomes two job cards, and the old fibro house is flagged for possible asbestos.
  • Open the Quote tab on the taps sample: the labour you said is lower than the price list, so you get a warning before sending.
  • Send a quote, play the customer and press “Not right now”, then skip ahead: no more follow-ups go out.
  • Load a sample week and skip 3 days to see a phone call suggested for the bigger quote.

In a live setup (not in this demo)

  • A live setup reads notes with an AI model, so messy speech, accents and unusual jobs work, and it uses your own price list, labour rates and SWMS templates.
  • Quotes, follow-ups and the customer's quote page go out by SMS and email from your business; job details can go into Google Sheets, or job and accounting software such as ServiceM8, Tradify or Xero.
  • Nothing is sent without your approval. The SWMS stays a draft until you check the site, edit it and sign it.
